RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Bookings do not become fully confirmed until the deposit amount and a completed reservation form have been received. Payment of the final balance must be received by us at least 6 weeks prior to guest
arrival. Failure to make final payment on a timely basis may result in cancellation.
Unless otherwise stated a deposit of 25% is required for reservation and the remaining 75% balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date will pay rental cost
in full at time of reservation.
We require payment be made by personal cheque.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
All properties require a security deposit to cover any possible damages or charges made to the property, and shall be paid as part of the total booking cost.
Security deposits are charged per booking and not on a weekly basis and are as follows
U.K. £100
U.S.A. $250.
Security deposits are refundable following inspection of the property after guest departure to ensure no damage has occurred. This will be done as soon as is possible after departure to ensure prompt
return of the security deposit to guests, usually within 4 weeks of departure.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations should be in writing.
Cancellation charges are as follows:-
Between confirmation of booking and 6 weeks prior to arrival date the deposit is lost.
In the period 6 weeks prior to arrival the total cost of the booking will be payable.
You may find that some of these costs can be recovered if you have taken out insurance for your holiday if the insurance company considers your reasons to be valid.
Late arrivals, early departures or no-shows are totally non-refundable.
LIABILITY
We, or our agent, cannot accept, be responsible for or be liable, in respect of loss, damage or changes caused by force majeure (eg, strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or other
events beyond our control).
We, or our agent, do not accept any liability whatsoever for any death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU TAKE OUT ADEQUATE PERSONAL HOLIDAY INSURANCE BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE
